The amount paid by the customer covers only the replacement of default text and images in the selected design with the information and files provided by the customer. Any additional or custom changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges, which will be estimated by the design team.
If an error made by the customer requires a new card link to be created, an additional fee will apply.
Replacing submitted files may cost between 10% to 50% of the original card price. Please take your time and choose your photos and videos carefully before submitting them.
Customers have up to 48 hours after receiving the card to request corrections related to designer errors or incorrect information. These requests must be submitted via the message section. After this period, any changes will incur additional charges.
